Services, prices, timing and contract terms: answers to the questions we hear most often. ## Services ### What does Punto Due Studio do? Punto Due Studio is a digital agency that designs and develops websites, e-commerce stores and apps, and manages social media for companies and professionals in every sector, in Italy and internationally. The studio belongs to the brothers Manuel and Nicolas Di Paolo, who both work on every service. ### Do you build websites for hotels, restaurants, salons and construction companies? Yes. The /web section features three demo projects: TUFO for hotels, SEZIONE for salons and INNESTO for renovations. Each website is designed around the end customer’s main action: booking, checking prices or requesting a quote. ### What does a website project include? The service includes a custom design optimised for smartphones, fast loading times, online booking and a privacy and cookie policy. On request, we can add an online shop, deposits and loyalty tools such as a loyalty card and WhatsApp reminders. ### Do you also manage Instagram and TikTok? Yes. The service includes a monthly editorial plan with 8 posts, 4 reels and stories, plus a monthly report on the profile’s performance and clicks on the booking button. On-site filming is also available on request. ### Do you make 3D product videos? Yes. We make 3D product videos for reels, stories and ads, with animated copy, price and offer, including LED billboard versions. Delivery takes 3–5 days from receiving photos and logo, and the quote is free. ### Do you also develop apps? Yes. One example is our app for personal trainers, customised with the trainer’s logo and colours, which handles round-the-clock bookings, session packages and a “refer a friend” programme. Plans start at €59 per month, the app is up and running in about a week and there are no per-client fees. ### What is the free profile review? Just send us the name of your Instagram profile and you will receive a review with the three top-priority improvements. The review is free and comes with no obligation. ## Prices and timing ### How much does a website cost? Websites are offered as a monthly subscription starting from €200 per month, with no annual upfront payment. The fee depends on the number of pages and the features required, such as an online shop or deposits: every quote is tailored to the project. ### How much does social media management cost? Social media management starts from €200 per month, billed monthly. The fee depends on the content included, in particular on-site filming and reel production. ### How long does it take? A website goes live within 2 weeks of receiving the content (texts, photos, opening hours and prices). Web apps are up and running in about a week. ### How long is the contract? Contracts run for 6 or 12 months, at the client’s choice, and never renew automatically. Payment is monthly in advance, with no annual upfront payment. Every website includes one month of free fixes from launch, on top of the legal guarantees, and 2 revisions per month. ## How we work ### How does a project start? You can contact us on WhatsApp or through the form on the /info page: your request goes straight to the person in charge of the project. After an initial call to define your needs, we send a detailed quote. ### Does the client own the website and the domain? Yes. The domain, accounts and content are registered to the client and remain their property; Punto Due Studio sets them up and manages them. Domain and hosting are not included in the fee: a .it domain costs about €12 + VAT per year. ### Where do you work? The studio works with clients in Italy and internationally, remotely via video calls and WhatsApp. ### Which languages is the website available in? The website recognises the language of the device you open it with and automatically opens in Italian, English or German. If your language is not one of these, it opens in English, the default language. You can change it at any time with the IT, EN and DE buttons, and the site remembers your choice. ### How can I contact the studio?
